This policy has two parts. Part A covers hire and décor bookings, where we deliver, set up and collect. Part B covers castles you buy from us, which we deliver to you to keep.

1. Delivery fees

Every hire booking includes us delivering, setting up and later collecting your equipment at your event address. Delivery is charged on top of the hire or package price:

We also deliver to Witbank / eMalahleni, Hendrina, Komati, Blinkpan and further. Delivery to these areas is quoted on request, and we confirm the fee with you before your booking is finalised.

3. Delivery and collection timing

We'll agree a delivery window with you in advance of your event so equipment is set up and ready before your guests arrive. Collection happens after your event ends, at a time we confirm with you on the day. Exact timing depends on your event schedule and our other bookings that day — we'll always confirm this with you via WhatsApp ahead of time.

4. What we need from you on the day

• A reasonably flat, clear area for setup, free of sharp objects, rocks, or debris.
• Access to a standard power outlet within reach of a normal extension lead, for equipment that needs a blower.
• Someone 18 or older present to receive the delivery, and again at collection time.
• Clear access to the setup area for our delivery vehicle and team (through gates, driveways, etc.).

5. If we can't access your site

If our team arrives at the agreed time and can't set up because of locked/blocked access, no one available to receive the delivery, or ground that isn't safe to set up on, we'll do what we reasonably can to reach you and resolve it on the spot. If the booking can't go ahead as a result, this is handled under our Refund Policy the same way as any other cancellation.

6. Delivery anywhere in South Africa

We deliver new jumping castles, water slides and bubble houses anywhere in South Africa. The fee depends on the price of what you buy and is shown on each product. When you pay online, it is added at checkout.

7. Delivery times

• We prepare and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days of payment.
• Delivery then takes 2 to 5 business days.
• Allow 3 to 8 business days in total. We keep you updated on WhatsApp.

8. Receiving your castle

Your castle arrives folded and packed. Someone 18 or older must be there to receive it. Please check it when it arrives. If anything is damaged, WhatsApp us photos and we will sort it out under our Refund Policy.

9. Orders from outside South Africa

We also ship worldwide. International shipping is priced per destination, so WhatsApp us on +27 67 405 0482 for a quote before you pay. Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by the buyer.
